Ingredients
▶ 8 Garlic cloves
▶ Brioche bread
▶ 1/2 Cup of olive oil
▶ 500g Softened butter
▶ 1 Handful of fresh parsley
▶ 1/2 Cup of parmesan cheese
▶ Mozzarella cheese
▶ Extra fresh parsley for garnish
Method
01. To make the garlic confit, add the garlic cloves and olive oil to an ovenproof bowl. Let it slowly cook for 2 hours at 120 degrees until softened and slightly golden. Make sure to cover it to prevent it from burning.
02. In an electric mixer, add the softened butter, softened garlic confit, parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley. Mix it well until everything is incorporated into a paste.
03. Spread the garlic butter paste onto the brioche bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
04. Broil at 180 degrees until golden. (Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley on top of the garlic butter cheese bread.)
05. Enjoy while warm!
