 High-Protein Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Thinly cut chicken breasts are seasoned with a blend of smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt, creating a savory foundation. Ingredients:

For Chicken:

▶ 600g Chicken breast (thinly cut, 2 chicken breasts halved)
▶ Seasoning for chicken: 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and salt
▶ 1 tsp. Olive oil

For Sauce:

▶ 300ml of fat-free evaporated milk (Carnation light and creamy)
▶ 1 tsp. Oregano, 1 tsp. Garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
▶ 25g Grated parmesan cheese
▶ 10g Light Butter (Nuttelex Light Spread)
▶ 320g Pasta (uncooked weight - Vetta Smart Protein Penne)
▶ 4 Garlic cloves (diced)
▶ 150ml of chicken stock
▶ 90g Light Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
▶ 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
▶ 2 tsp. Chicken Stock Powder (Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder - Low Sodium)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken:

▶ Mix thinly cut chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt.

2. Make the sauce:

▶ Blender evaporated milk, oregano,  garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.

3. Cook the chicken:

▶ Heat light butter over medium heat in a pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly browned. Set aside.

4. Cook the pasta:

  Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. 
▶  Drain and set aside.

5. Make the creamy garlic chicken pasta:

▶ In the same pan used for chicken, add diced garlic cloves, 150 ml of chicken stock, blended sauce, and light cream cheese.
▶ Mix on low heat.
▶ Add smoked paprika and chicken stock powder, and mix well.
▶ After a few minutes, add the pasta and 1/2 cup of pasta water.
▶ Mix and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

6. Combine chicken and pasta:

▶ Cut the chicken into small pieces and add the chicken on top of the pasta. Enjoy!
