  Veggie Sandwich 

Introducing Veggie SandwichHere's a simple sandwich recipe using bread, mayo, tomato, red onion, cucumber, sprouts, avocado, salt & pepper,  swiss cheese, and spinach or lettuce.


Ingredients

Artisan Bread
▶ Mayo
Avocado
▶ Salt and Pepper
Tomato, sliced
Red Onion, sliced thin
Cucumber, sliced thin
Sprouts
▶ Spinach or Lettuce
▶ Swiss cheese

Method

01. Sprinkle sliced veggies with a little salt and pepper.
02. Toast bread until golden brown.
03. spread mayo on one slice and avocado on the other slice. (sprinkle avocado with salt if you haven't already)
04. Pile on the rest of the veggies, cut in half, and enjoy while the bread is warm and toasty.
