Introducing Breakfast Sandwich. Here's a simple sandwich recipe using bread, tomato, egg, avocado, cheese, and iceberg lettuce. This popular dish offers a quick and satisfying way to enjoy a balanced breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

▶ 2 Bread Pieces
▶ 1 Slice of Gouda Cheese
2 Eggs
▶ Handful of Iceberg Lettuce
1/2 Avocado, Sliced
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Butter of oil for cooking


Method

01. Add eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
02. Put one egg into an oil pan.
03. After a few seconds flip the bread pieces to the other side.
04. Let the egg toasted.
05. Flip the egg with the bread pieces to the other side.
06. Then put 2 cheese slices into the bread pieces.
07. Add tomato slices, Avocado slices, and Iceberg Lettuce onto the top of cheese slices.
08. Finally, fold the bread slices and make your breakfast sandwich.
