 Crispy Potato & Grilled Chicken 


Introducing Crispy Potato and Grilled Chicken. Serve this delicious and satisfying meal hot, and enjoy the crispy potatoes and perfectly grilled chicken.


Ingredients

Potato Wedges:-
2 potatoes
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Grilled Chicken:-
Chicken
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 salt and a pinch of black pepper.

Lemon herb tahini dip:-
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt

Simple side salad:-
  3 cups spinach
1/4 of a sliced red onion
2 tbsp crumbled feta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes


Method

01. Potato Wedges:-
Slice 2 potatoes into wedges.
Mix potatoes, olive oil, and salt well.
Fry using an air fryer at 375F for 20 -25 minutes, Shaking a few times between.

02. Grilled Chicken:-
Slice a chicken breast in half lengthwise.
Add to a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
Grill for 5 -7 minutes per side until cooked through.

03. Lemon herb tahini dip:-
Mix together Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

04. Simple side salad:-
Add spinach, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta to a bowl.
Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes.
