Crispy Potato & Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
▶ Potato Wedges:-
▸ 2 potatoes
▸ 1/2 tbsp olive oil
▸ 1 tsp salt
▶ Grilled Chicken:-
▸ Chicken
▸ 2 tsp olive oil
▸ 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
▸ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
▸ 1/2 salt and a pinch of black pepper.
▶ Lemon herb tahini dip:-
▸ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
▸ 2 tbsp tahini
▸ 1 tbsp lemon juice
▸ 1 tsp dried dill
▸ 1 tsp garlic powder
▸ Pinch of salt
▶ Simple side salad:-
▸ 3 cups spinach
▸ 1/4 of a sliced red onion
▸ 2 tbsp crumbled feta
▸ 1 tbsp olive oil
▸ 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
▸ 1/4 tsp salt
▸ 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Method
01. Potato Wedges:-
▸ Slice 2 potatoes into wedges.
▸ Mix potatoes, olive oil, and salt well.
▸ Fry using an air fryer at 375F for 20 -25 minutes, Shaking a few times between.
02. Grilled Chicken:-
▸ Slice a chicken breast in half lengthwise.
▸ Add to a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
▸ Grill for 5 -7 minutes per side until cooked through.
03. Lemon herb tahini dip:-
▸ Mix together Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
04. Simple side salad:-
▸ Add spinach, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta to a bowl.
▸ Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes.
